Let me take an ungainly moment to brag a bit. I have been working towards regulation either as a Prosecutor or Defense Lawyer for 30 years. I feel like I “have visible all of it.” I served because the Fairfax City Prosecutor prosecuting the law, as a State Legislator writing the laws, as a law trainer teaching the law to different lawyers, and as a protection legal professional helping humans guard themselves. That s in all likelihood why I am a 5 time Washingtonian Magazine and 5 instances Northern Virginia Magazine Top Lawyer.
During my career as a prosecutor, I handled every day dockets of often 30+ instances which ran the gamut of law from Reckless Driving and DUI to Assault and Battery and Possession of Illegal Drugs -- that is an extreme way to examine the law.
After being a Prosecutor, I actually wrote the regulation for twenty-four years as an elected member of the Virginia House of Delegates. For 12 of these years, I even served because the Chairman of the Courts of Justice Committee (the Judiciary Committee) that writes all the legal guidelines used in Courts.
In addition, I educate Criminal defense regulation to different Virginia lawyers at leading Continuing Legal Education applications. In different phrases, legal professionals pay cash to have me educate them how to exercise law. Even country wide media has sought out my opinions on the law. I even have appeared severa times within the countrywide broadcast information together with Dateline, CNN, Today Show, Fox News and NBC.
Finally, it isn't always just me announcing it, some of 1/3 birthday celebration businesses have diagnosed me. For example, I have been honored five instances by means of Washingtonian Magazine and 5 instances via Northern Virginia Magazine as one of the regions top legal professionals. And for my paintings as an elected member of the Virginia House of Delegates, in which I was Chairman of the Courts of Justice Committee that writes the criminal and civil laws for the Commonwealth, I acquired a kingdom-wide award as a “Leader In The Law” from Virginia Lawyers Weekly.
