I am an lawyer with Law Offices of Mark E. Melendy, PLLC, with workplaces in Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire, training in the areas of property planning, estate administration, asset safety making plans, incapacity planning, founding father of Planful Path™ Family Wealth Protection Programs and Inclusive Wealth Strategy™. I have developed a program known as Ten Steps to Successful and Purposeful Legacy Planning. My venture is that each person can obtain an estate plan this is unique to their desires and which considers their monetary wealth in addition to their beneficial intangible wealth.
