Daniel R. Freytag is Of Counsel with Meyer Wilson, LPA. He became born in Napoleon Ohio and earned his B.A. at Wittenberg University in which he graduated magna cum laude. He went on to attend the Moritz College of Law on the Ohio State University and earned his J.D. summa cum laude.
Mr. Freytag has been a trial lawyer for more than thirty-four years and has represented loads of huge groups, small organizations, specialists, and individuals in a variety of complicated tort, coverage, and enterprise cases. He has in my opinion examined or go-examined greater than 1000 lay witnesses and more than a hundred and fifty professional witnesses--together with nationally recognized specialists. In addition, he has performed court and jury trials and handled appeals.
A yr before joining Meyer Wilson, LPA, Mr. Freytag acted as co-counsel representing a young man who suffered an harm that made him quadriplegic because of the carelessness of some other birthday party.
Currently, Mr. Freytag represents customers inside the securities litigation and sophistication movement practices.
