Dan Meyer has dedicated more than 25 years of service to the sphere of Federal Employment and National Security law as both a training lawyer and federal investigator and senior govt. Throughout 3 Presidential administrations, Dan promoted the federal whistleblowing task and its associated policy and statutes. His first primary case turned into earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit defensive Rhode Island State personnel suspended and terminated in an act of retaliation. He co-authored Whistleblower support in exercise: Toward an included studies version in the International Handbook on Whistleblowing Research, and The Wasp’s Nest: Intelligence Community Whistleblowing & Source Protection in Georgetown Law School’s Journal of National Security Law & Policy.
