I received my undergraduate stages in History and Political Science from Boise State University, wherein I graduated with Distinguished Honors. I attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, in which I graduated together with his Juris Doctorate in 2000. I became admitted to the Utah State and Federal Bar in 2000, to the Idaho State and Federal Bar in 2001, and most recently to the Nevada State and Federal Bar in 2005. I am also a member of the Utah Trial Lawyers’ Association, the Utah Association for Justice, the Central Bar Association. I become lately appointed by way of The Utah Supreme Court to serve a three-year time period at the Utah State Board of Mandatory Continuing Legal Education. I exercise inside the areas of civil litigation for fourteen years, with emphasis in circle of relatives law, personal damage, estate making plans, probate, actual estate, securities and business contracts.
