Daniel is an attorney at Elliott & Davis. Daniel s exercise facilities on trademark law, corporate regulation, nonprofit regulation, estate planning, and civil litigation. In particular, Daniel is able to managing clients wishes involving federal and state trademark registrations; incorporations and formation of diverse different commercial enterprise entities; packages for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS); drafting wills, trusts, and fitness-care powers of lawyer documents; and powerful management of various aspects of civil litigation.
Before coming to Elliott & Davis, Daniel interned with Lafkas Patent, LLC in Cincinnati, in which he focused on trademark registration exercise. He has also labored as a studies fellow at a public coverage think-tank and inside the permissions department of the University of Pittsburgh Press, an academic publishing organization.
Daniel is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, wherein he served as Managing Editor of the Pittsburgh Journal of Technology Law & Policy and was selected to have his Student Note published through the Journal.
