Professor Curtis Doebbler is Research Professor of Law on the University of Makeni (Sierra Leone) and a travelling professor of regulation at Webster University (Geneva Switzerland). His knowledge is in public International regulation, in particular global human rights regulation. He has practiced before the federal courts in the United States in several one of a kind circuits and before the Supreme Court of the United States. He has know-how in appellate advocacy, constitutional regulation, and civil rights. Dr. Doebbler is very selective with the customers he takes on, but ability to pay is by no means a cause to refuse a client.
