About

Having practiced for more than 45 years, Conrad served 27 years as house counsel for two Fortune one hundred corporations and the 5th largest bank within the United States, 18 years in private practice, and three hundred and sixty five days as a law clerk for an Idaho Supreme Court Justice. For the last 35 years his practice has concentrated on the representation of banks and lenders, including country wide, local and community banks, low-cost housing and network improvement agencies, and controlled creditors, by and large in lending transactions but additionally with respect to preferred felony and enterprise subjects concerning their industries. He also represents commercial enterprise and individuals in the acquisition and sale of assets and actual property matters and enjoys representing individuals in estate planning and probate.
Conrad is actively licensed to practice regulation in all Idaho state and federal courts, and is likewise admitted to exercise in Colorado, Ohio, and Kentucky.
Active in public speakme and coaching, Conrad has taught various financial institution regulation topics for the American Institute of Banking and lectured on production regulation, UCC and commercial loan documentation, and antitrust regulation to various professional, employee, and pupil businesses.
He has been covered in Best Lawyers in America© for some of years within the practice regions of Bank and Finance Law and Corporate Law and has also been selected as a member of Mountain States Superlawyers.
An alumnus of Duke University, Conrad turned into a member of the Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee for Idaho and a member of the Idaho Advisory Committee for the Duke University Law School Private Adjudication Center. He also become a director of a non-earnings charitable basis and a vp and director of a federal credit union. He is active in his church, serving in leadership and teaching roles for decades.
