My call is Claudia Jocelyne Kokaz Muslu. I am an immigrant and an immigration lawyer.

I started out my prison career as a company legal professional at White & Case, Istanbul, Turkey. When I moved to Boston, in 1999, I started out to revel in the various aspects of the US immigration system. As I treated the immigration device, I became very frustrated. During 14 years, I become on many unique types of visas. Firstly, I changed into a student on an F-1 student visa, and the wife of a clinical health practitioner with a J-1 waiver difficulty to the 2 year home residency requirement. Then, I became the winner of DV diversity visa lottery who was no longer eligible to get it. Afterwards, I had an H-1B visa teaching law in Virginia. Finally, in 2013, I made myself and my husband naturalized US residents. This long and bumpy adventure in the US immigration system sparked my hobby to examine and practice US immigration law.
First, I studied the theory of immigration regulation. Then I taught immigration regulation, at the Appalachian School of Law in Virginia. When we transferred to Ohio, I started the immigration exercise at a suburban Ohio law office. I practiced commercial enterprise and circle of relatives immigration and business transactions in Ohio. After relocating to Atlanta, I controlled citizenship instances below a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services furnish, consular processing, rate waivers, and circle of relatives immigration subjects at Catholic Charities.
In 2016, I started Muslu Law Office as the founding lawyer. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and I am a licensed legal professional in Ohio when you consider that 2009. I stay up for work with you really and efficiently in your immigration adventure to the united states with detailed attention and individualized studies to your particular case.
