Mr. Stockton graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University in 1983. He earned his regulation diploma from Rutgers Law School-Camden in 1986 and served as a law clerk to Judges Dominick J. Ferrelli and Anthony P. Tunney of the New Jersey Superior Court. He was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1986.
Mr. Stockton focuses on all components of own family law which includes divorce, custody and home violence and he is an experienced divorce mediator. He has served as a Court-appointed mediator and arbitrator in family law topics.
Mr. Stockton is a member of the New Jersey State,Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations and he is a member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He has served on the District III-B Fee Arbitration and Ethics Committees.
Mr. Stockton is living together with his wife Katie and their kids in Delanco.
