About
Charles Herman grew up in Sylvania, Ohio and joined the navy after graduating from Sylvania Southview High School in 1993. After serving four (4) years he became honorably discharged in 1998. Mr. Herman then attended undergraduate university at Virginia Tech and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Policy and Planning. In 2002 he moved back home to Toledo, Ohio and started regulation faculty on the University of Toledo, College of Law where he graduated from in 2005, graduating with a Certificate of Environmental Law. Immediately thereafter, he joined a classmate of his in Troy, Ohio and they started out a regulation exercise specializing in criminal appointed instances, probate topics (along with wills and trusts and estates), and divorce and custody topics. From 2008 thru 2014, Mr. Herman labored in Savannah, Georgia with a regionally identified Plaintiff’s law office which focuses on traditional hard work regulation, employment law, private injury, Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, and crook regulation. During this term, he furnished recommend to unions and the unions’ domestically administered Pension, Vacation, and Health and Welfare Taft-Hartley benefit budget and represented people in Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, social protection disability cases, civil rights instances, personal injury instances, and each misdemeanor (inclusive of DUI cases) and legal crook cases in nation and federal court docket. In 2014, he moved back to Toledo, Ohio and started out Charles Herman Law. Mr. Herman has now lower back to Savannah, Georgia.
