Carolyn “Lina” Tanner is the managing member of the firm. Before beginning the firm, Lina spent an awful lot of her career in public carrier, representing Nevada companies such as the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of Environmental Protection, Division of Water Resources, and as General Counsel to the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada. In addition, Lina served as Senior Research Analyst for the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau.
The Tanner Law & Strategy Group opened in 2016 to assist guide clients via regulatory compliance and different prison hurdles, as well as public policy tasks and outreach. We provide representation and facilitation earlier than federal, country, and neighborhood commissions in Nevada, and with the Nevada State Legislature. We manual groups via allowing approaches which include the Utility Environmental Protection Act, and other land use and environmental permits.
