Brian is an attorney who makes a speciality of commercial enterprise transactions and civil litigation, which include in the areas of commercial enterprise/associate law, production law, employment regulation, landlord-tenant disputes, actual property, and appeals. He has lived in Frederick for the past 15 years and turned into born in White Planes, New York.
