Brian J. Tharp is the founding companion of Tharp & Associates, Ltd. Brian is a graduate of St. Olaf College, in which he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and a attention in Asian Studies. Brian attended law school at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, in which he received a Juris Doctor Degree. In 2006 Brian started out working towards as the Law Offices of Brian J. Tharp inside the Chicago Loop. In 2010, Brian merged his practice with the Law Offices of Michael Gunderson, to form Gunderson & Tharp. In 2014 Brian moved his practice to Arlington Heights and established Tharp & Associates, Ltd. Brian concentrates his exercise in transactions related to residential Real Estate paintings, investor Real Estate representation, developer illustration and Estate Planning.

Brian has represented both people and companies as seasoned-bono counsel in topics ranging from custody agreements, landlord/tenant disputes and company dissolution. Brian has been a visitor speaker within the community detailing issues starting from lease negotiation and safety to brief sale transactions and purchases of distressed actual estate.
In The Chicagoland Community
Brian became born and raised within the Northwest suburb of Arlington Heights and keeps robust ties to its network in addition to that of the City of Chicago. Brian has volunteered with the Lutheran Ministries homeless safe haven and has persisted his involvement with First Presbyterian Church of Arlington Heights. Brian, his wife Alexa, their daughters, Charlotte and Caroline, and their black lab Oliver stay inside the Arlington Heights.
