About
Brian become born and raised in Waterbury and become educated at Saints Peter and Paul Grammar School and Holy Cross High School. Brian graduated magnum cum laude from Saint Peter’s College in Jersey City, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1994, and was additionally inducted into the celebrated Psi Chi Honors Society. Thereafter, Brian attended and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with honors in 1997.
