Brian is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He received his Juris Doctorate diploma from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, and he has served on numerous committees consisting of the Ethics Advisory Committee, Professional Responsibility Committee, and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
Brian and his spouse, Amy, have two sons. Brian has served as a volunteer children football train for greater than 10 years. He is also an avid band determine and enjoys playing laptop/video/board video games with his boys in his spare time.
