Brendan was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas because the youngest of 4 children. He received his undergraduate diploma from Kansas State University, where he majored in political science; he additionally received a secondary predominant in global studies with a minor in French. Brendan then moved to Seoul, South Korea for 5 years wherein he taught language training at numerous public schools, personal academies and at Seoul National University of Education.
Brendan again to Kansas in 2011 to wait Washburn University School of Law. He become sworn in to the Kansas Bar and U.S. District Court on September 27, 2013. He is certified to exercise regulation in Kansas, america District Court for the District of Kansas, and the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Tribal Court.
He is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, Kansas Bar Association, Wichita Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association and Sam A. Crow Inns of Court. He was on the Topeka Bar Association s Pro Bono Committee from 2013 to 2015 and was the Kansas Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Pro Bono Chairperson from 2015-2016. Brendan became also a element-time rural legal recommend for the YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment from 2014 to 2016.
