I am a Southwest Florida legal professional board licensed in exertions and employment law by the Florida Bar. My exercise specializes in employment law, insurance claims, whistleblower representation, and civil litigation.
Much of my regulation exercise involves the illustration of cutting-edge and previous employees denied proper reimbursement; victimized through discrimination or retaliation inside the workplace; or requiring criminal assistance with non-compete agreements. I m additionally heavily involved with the illustration of families and agencies denied appropriate coverage insurance following Hurricane Irma. I m also worried with the Collier County Bar Association, the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Michael R.N. McDonnell American Inn of Court.
I m certified to practice in all Florida state courts, inside the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and Southern District of Florida, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
