Bradley D. McCormack changed into born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. Brad went to Rockhurst University, where he earned his Bachelor’s diploma in 2000. Afterward, he attended Saint Louis University for law college and obtained his law diploma in 2003 before returning to Kansas City. Brad commenced out working within the public sector, first for Legal Aid of Western Missouri and then for the Missouri Lawyer General’s Office. He then labored for NovaStar Financial, Inc., practicing company regulation.
Brad joined The Sader Law Office in 2007, in which he currently focuses his exercise on financial disaster, industrial real property and business litigation. Brad has vast litigation enjoy; he has appeared before the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals, the Eastern District Court of Appeals and in State District Courts in approximately 30 counties all through Western Missouri and Kansas. Brad has presented at neighborhood Continuing Legal Education seminars on the topic of Bankruptcy Implications on Family Law Litigation.
Brad, his wife Annie and their son Teddy live within the West Plaza place of Kansas City. They are lively individuals of St. Peter’s Parish in Brookside.
