My 20 years as a lawyer specializes in: - companies, LLCs, commercial and home real property transactions, contracts, and ultimately I am fluent in financial accounting; fashionable ledgers, income statements and stability sheets, etc, and - wills and trusts, economic powers of attorney, health care directives, probate, conservatorships.
I have clients with over $50 million, and customers with simply heirlooms and possessions they need their kids to have. For example, business rentals with Rite Aid and different national groups (representing landlord), an easement with Florida Power & Light over industrial property, appointed as Conservator via the Court for a seriously demented elder (I did this without cost), shaped many enterprise entities, won a Federal trial, won a state trial that took 31 Court days, arbitrated a TIC in SF, helped a scholar get a payroll job on the filming of thirteen Reasons Why.
