Mr. Luna grew up in Porterville, California that's located in rural Tulare County. He joined america Air Force, at once out of excessive college, in which he worked hydraulic structures at the F-111 Aardvark.
After leaving america Air Force, he moved returned to his fatherland and enrolled in community university. Suffice it to say, it took Mr. Luna some years of stumbling thru numerous publications, before he discovered his ardour within the law.
