Bill Needle is a registered patent attorney who has been completely training all factors of Intellectual Property regulation for forty two years. Mr. Needle started his legal profession at the first IP boutique corporation in Atlanta (Newton, Hopkins & Orsmby) from 1970-1983. He then based the IP boutique Needle & Rosenberg which, in 2008, merged into Ballard Spahr LLP. He served because the first Chair of Ballard Spahr s Intellectual Property Department till July 1, 2012 and remains a companion within the corporation.
His litigation enjoy includes being recommend in the copyright and trademark litigation for the CABBAGE PATCH KIDS(R) dolls and the State of Georgia in infringement cases concerning the VIDALIA(R) onion trademark, in addition to patent infringement moves related to various technologies. Mr. Needle has served as a Special Assistant Lawyer General for the State of Georgia for highbrow property regulation problems for extra than 30 years.
