A trial attorney and registered nurse, Beth Frey graduated with honors from York Hospital School of Nursing in Pennsylvania, in which she acquired her degree in nursing. She went on to obtain an honors undergraduate diploma in nursing from University of Maryland at Baltimore.
Ms. Frey began her legal career lively litigating cases within the areas of medical malpractice, private damage, lead paint, landlord-tenant, and visitors court instances. Since 1999, she has focused her expert exercise on catastrophic clinical malpractice, wrongful death, and private injury cases.
She served as President of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA), now called Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ). She is the first nurse lawyer and 0.33 female to emerge as president of the about 1,200 member statewide employer. She has served on the Executive, Budget, Legislative and Technology Committees and is Past Chair of its New Lawyers, has membershipship Services and Education and Program Committees.
Ms. Frey is admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, and is educated in Basic and Re-Entry Mediations.
In her unfastened time, Ms. Frey enjoys volunteering in her network. She is a mediator for Frederick and Washington County Community Mediation Centers. She has assisted college students with gaining knowledge of disabilities who had been expelled from Baltimore City Public Schools. Ms. Frey has coached excessive faculty mock trial teams and has lectured at middle schools, high colleges, nursing faculties, law schools and for bar associations on a variety of clinical/felony topics.
Ms. Frey resides in Frederick County, Maryland together with her husband and three youngsters. When no longer working, she enjoys helping her children s pursuits, in addition to cycling, trekking, journeying, photography and following cutting-edge events.
