Ben represents organizations and people in opposition to the Internal Revenue Service, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development and the Minnesota Department of Revenue in audits, collection instances, court movements, and administrative appeals. With every case he handles, Ben strives to expand practical solutions to gain the nice possible consequences for his customers.
Staying active within the felony network, Ben is concerned with several institutions. He is a member and previous Chair of the Tax Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association Tax Section (Tax Section). He presently serves because the Legislative Co-Chair for the Tax Law Section. Ben turned into an attorney mentor on the William Mitchell College of Law and frequently gives seminars to certified public accountants, legal professionals, and other tax experts on a lot of tax-related subjects.
