Benjamin has continually stood up for what’s proper – he unearths actual meaning in assisting the good guys win! He’s usually been guided by a clean sense of right and wrong, from his time within the U.S. Army to his time as a Commonwealth Lawyer (prosecutor), to his cutting-edge role at J. Madison PLC.
Before starting at J. Madison PLC, Benjamin labored at the Arlington Commonwealth Lawyer’s Office for five years. As a Commonwealth Lawyer, he helped the victims of violent, non-violent, and financial crimes locate justice. He also tried hundreds of visitors instances and specialized in DUI instances. Prior to that, Benjamin labored for the Corporate Litigation Counsel for State Farm Insurance. Benjamin also worked at the Law Office of Mark S. Moeller in 2008 on civil litigation subjects previous to attending regulation faculty.
In 2012, Benjamin graduated from the George Mason University School of Law, now known as the Antonin Scalia Law School in the top half of of his magnificence. While at law school, he took severa lessons on litigation and trial exercise. He also participated in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and was a part of the Federalist Society. Benjamin earned his undergraduate diploma in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, in 2007.
Not strictly a “desk man,” Benjamin served for seven years as an enlisted member of the New Hampshire Army National Guard, from 2002 to 2009. He changed into deployed domestically several times for weather-related disaster relief, and he become deployed for three hundred and sixty five days to Afghanistan, as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. During this time, he swiftly moved up the ranks from Private E-1 to Staff Sergeant E-6, changed into promoted to Squad Leader, and earned numerous medals, including the Global War on Terror Expeditionary Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal.
