About
I grew up in a small city in the wasteland of southwest Texas, earned a Bachelor of Arts diploma in English Literature from Baylor University in 1981, a Master of Arts diploma in English Literature from Pittsburg State University in 1986, and a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1985.
I had been a member of the State Bar of Oklahoma seeing that 1986 and feature practiced regulation in Oklahoma in regulation offices practicing insurance protection, industrial litigation, employment and discrimination regulation, and commercial actual property. I am admitted to practice in all Courts in and for the State of Oklahoma as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
I have served as legal recommend to an affordable housing nonprofit that helps expand less expensive assisted living and senior care facilities, and I am a beyond member of the Board of Advisors of Turning Point Ministries, Inc., an low-priced housing nonprofit serving Edmond, Oklahoma.
From 1996 to 1998 I become a Barrister member of the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court. I am a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and its Estate Planning and Probate Section.
I now limit my practice to the areas of probate and ancillary probate, grownup guardianship, accept as true with and estate planning, elder regulation, actual property transactions, and commercial enterprise formation.
