Mr. Jennings joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2006 and practices in the Firm s Workers Compensation Department. He acquired his J.D. with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina State University, where he acquired his B.S. in Animal Science.
Since obtaining his law diploma, Mr. Jennings has practiced in the location of people compensation, and is now representing employees having suffered catastrophic injuries as a result of a work twist of fate.
"After working in insurance defense as an attorney for workers reimbursement insurance providers, I sought to make an immediate, substantial and fantastic impact at the lives of injured people in North Carolina," Mr. Jennings says. "I revel in explaining the law and helping actual human beings with actual issues."
In addition to being a Board Certified Specialist in Workers Compensation Law, Mr. Jennings has earned the designation of Rising Star by using North Carolina Super Lawyers* in 2011. He is also a member of The Order of Barristers, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group, in addition to the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
