Ashley M. Peterson is a fourth generation California legal professional. Ms. Peterson installed her boutique law workplace in San Diego in 2015. Her corporation focuses on real estate transactions, business transactions and probate administration. Her actual property understanding consists of industrial and home assets purchases and sales, 1031 exchanges, business and home leasing, quick term excursion rental rules, identify and due diligence evaluation, easements, and property owner association problems. In addition, Ms. Peterson’s exercise consists of advising small agencies, forming new business entities, enterprise purchases and sales, preferred business contracts, and probate management.
Ms. Peterson presently serves as a member of the executive committee of the California Lawyers Association Real Property Law Section, and as Vice-Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association Business and Corporate Executive Committee. Ms. Peterson was a lead speaker for the California State Bar Real Property Law Section’s seminar entitled “Airbnb: Financial Opportunity or Legal Nightmare?” in August 2016, and April 2017. She also supplied on the CLA Real Property Conference in April 2018 on the topic of foreign investors buying belongings in California, and real assets and loss of life rights. Ms. Peterson has made several appearances on ESPN 1700AM Real Talk San Diego to speak about real property problems and became posted inside the January 2017 version of the Los Angeles Lawyer magazine for her in-depth article on quick term rentals in California. Lawyer Peterson changed into named as one of the top 50 influential business leaders in San Diego through the Daily Transcript in 2017, as a top 100 legal professional in San Diego Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar” for 2017, in addition to a 2017 and 2018 “Rising Star” in Real Estate regulation through Super Lawyers.
