The Mission of this regulation office (CALS) is to be an Affordable, Accessible resource for tenants with low & modest incomes that need criminal protection in wrongful eviction movements. CALS is driven to enhance the lives of Colorado Tenants by no longer only protecting their rights, however additionally homelessness prevention via offering emergency apartment assistance, advocacy, collaboration and training.
