For almost 35 years i have been handling social protection incapacity instances, workers’ reimbursement claims, long term disability claims, and coverage and coincidence claims. I graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law, where I became a member of the Board of Editors of the West Virginia Law Review. My workers’ compensation practice covers all of West Virginia and my Social Security incapacity exercise extends at some point of West Virginia and into the encompassing states. I am admitted to exercise before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, america District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, and america Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits.
