Ann Ruben has practiced exclusively inside the field of immigration and nationality regulation for over 25 years, effectively representing loads of people, families, agencies, institutions and organizations in navigating actually every element of US immigration law. Ms. Ruben is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and a magna cum laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School, wherein she became the editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. She has written and spoken regularly on a wide variety of immigration law topics. For over ten years, she was an editor and senior editor of the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s (AILA) annual Immigration and Nationality Law Handbook. She has served on AILA’s country wide Publications Board, and as co-chair of AILA’s country wide Amicus Committee. Locally, Ms. Ruben served as Philadelphia’s AILA chapter chairperson and as chair and co-chair of its seasoned bono committee. Ms. Ruben speaks conversational Spanish.
