Alyssa Oubre earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, her Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies from Bellevue University, and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of California at Irvine. During regulation faculty, Mrs. Oubre achieved excessive instructional honors, together with Dean’s Honors and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the top grade in Constitutional Law and Collaborative Law. While attending law school, Mrs. Oubre interned within the school’s Family Law Clinic, wherein she earned the celebrated Irvine E. Ungerman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice. Mrs. Oubre is currently an partner with the Law Offices of Heather C. Wellborn in Lake Havasu City, Arizona wherein she focuses typically on family regulation subjects.
