Ali focuses his exercise on highbrow belongings litigation and transactions, with a focus on patent litigation and drafting. He is registered to practice earlier than the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). He has litigated huge patent cases concerning cutting aspect technologies along with semiconductors, telecommunications, client electronics, and medical gadgets. Mr. Shalchi acquired his B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering from UCSD in 1998, where he completed several research projects on laptop modeling of cardiac mechanics. He also received an M.S. diploma in Biomedical Engineering, with a focal point on MEMS (MicroElectroMechanicalSystems) & Semiconductor Fabrication, from UCLA in 2002. While at UCLA, he labored in the BioMEMS research group, wherein he evolved lab-on-a-chip technology using MEMS gadgets. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Shalchi labored as a scientific device engineer at Medtronic Inc. He has also labored as a patent engineer, drafting high era patents in a number of fields which include semiconductors, biomedical technology, electronics, mechanical and consumer products.
