Albertina (Abby) Webb is a Partner within the Firm’s Family Law Department. She concentrates her practice on family regulation issues which include divorce, custody, help, dissolution of domestic partnerships, enforcement or change of marital agreements, enforcement and/or change of alimony and toddler guide, emancipation applications, equitable distribution and submit-judgment enforcement and amendment. She handles matters from inception thru trial. Abby litigates the validity of pre-nuptial and assets settlement agreements. She is also a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association Family Law Committee and the Ocean County Bar Association Family Law Committee.
