Afshin Mozaffari is the founder and main of Mozaffari Law. Mr. Mozaffari s exercise focuses on worker rights litigation, which include discrimination, harassment, retaliation, incapacity accommodation, and wrongful termination.
Prior to the founding of Mozaffari Law, Mr. Mozaffari represented severa groups, faculties, and non-earnings in employment regulation, commercial enterprise litigation, and class motion instances. He lately left the defense side to comply with his long-held passion for representing the rights of personnel and other individuals.
Mr. Mozaffari graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School, in which he served as Articles Editor on Whittier Law Review. During law college, he labored as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of america District Court, and as a certified regulation clerk within the Orange County District Lawyer s Office, where he received priceless court docket experience.
