My call is Adam Cathey. I actually have practiced law in view that 2006, once I began my felony career as an Assistant District Lawyer for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. In 2009, I opened my non-public law exercise in Ringgold, Georgia. Since then, I have assisted clients in all kinds of prison matters consisting of criminal subjects, divorce and custody movements, and administrative complaints.
I am a lifelong Georgian, having been born in Atlanta, and developing up in the north metro suburbs. I attended John McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia. I enlisted in the U.S. Navy after graduating excessive school, serving on board the USAJohn F. Kennedy from 1993 to 1997. After completing my navy service, I attended University of Georgia and received Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy in 2001. While at the University of Georgia, I met my spouse, Leanna, who became in graduate school on the time.
I attended regulation school on the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert School of Law, wherein I obtained a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Civil Law. During law faculty, I interned with america Lawyer s Office for the Middle District of Louisiana and the East Baton Rouge Parish District Lawyer s Office. I also clerked with the Baton Rouge law workplace of Guglielmo, Marks, Schutte, Terhoeve, and Love.
When Hurricanes Katrina and Rita battered south Louisiana during my very last year of law school, I made the choice to transport my family returned domestic to Georgia. After passing the Georgia Bar, I universal a role as an Assistant District Lawyer for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, running under the Honorable Herbert E. Buzz Franklin. After several years as a prosecutor, I made the hard selection to open my personal law practice. My varied revel in and prison education has enabled me to help actual humans with actual troubles.
Ringgold is now my home and my own family has end up deeply linked to this community. My family and I attend Covenant Presbyterian Church in East Brain
