Scott has over 25 years of experience practicing law includes originally working for firms that defended large corporations and insurance carriers. But, he has represented hundreds of injured individuals and their families since opening his own firm in 1996 in Southwest Louisville.

Scott primarily focuses on Kentucky workers' compensation claims.  However, he also handles Personal Injury cases, Social Security Disability claims, Wills, Probate and Estate issues.

Scott’s office is in Southwest Louisville, Kentucky, but he regularly works with clients outside of Jefferson County. Past clients have lived in Bullitt, Oldham, Spencer, Henry, Carroll, Trimble, Nelson, Anderson, Meade, Hardin and many other counties in Kentucky. He has also represented many clients that live outside of Kentucky and reside in other states, and even other countries.
